Pakistan seems susceptible to US dictation

ISLAMABAD – In a bid to get its military indulged in the fresh army operation against the militants in the tribal areas bordering Afghanistan to manifest US aspirations, Pakistan has redeployed troops from the Indian border.
“We are very encouraged that the Pakistan Army has redeployed the troops away from the Indian border. We do not see India as a threat to Pakistan and so are we encouraged with this development,” said Robert Blake couple of days earlier.
The statement that has come from none other than US Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs Robert Blake, clearly shows that Pakistan has succumbed to Obama Administration, and that it is planning for fresh military strikes in the areas identified by Americans.
It is relevant to mention here that the incumbent government has claimed at several occasions that it was never under the US pressure to open fresh military fronts against the insurgents and militants, rather it would act according to its own requirement.
However, Blake’s fresh statement has not only contradicted the Zardari-led government’s claims but also confirmed that Pakistan is planning to implement US designs regarding opening of fresh military fronts against militants.
According to defence analysts, redeployment of the troops from eastern border itself indicates that the Army has been signalled to chase the militants. They argued that there was also a possibility that the militants might show greater strength to resist the operation in the offing.
“The United States do not see India as a threat to Pakistan, thus it would continue to urge Islamabad to move out troops from the eastern border to focus more on the volatile western border with Afghanistan”, said the US Assistant Secretary of State couple of days earlier, signalling the start of fresh operation in the US-pointed areas falling under Pakistan territory.

Stop joking .. what about 1965 when your army had plans of tea and dinner in Lahore... stop removing those labels from your army.. It has always poked its nose in Pakistan business.. Now RAW is interfering in Baluchistan......

India has always tried to weaken Pakistan.. even in Northern area the Pakistan army captured Indian weapons from the Taliban of Pakistan... how that happened ?.. There are many proof that India has a BIG HAND in spreading terrorism in Pakistan ..

So stop claiming that your army is innocent.... the day the army of Pakistan substantially moves to North west , definitely India will attack or do something terrible to weaken Pakistan.....

we must remain on Gaurd. enemy is enemy its only stupids who forget past and expect good from enemy.

Pakistanies are friendly people , we could have forgiven but in 2004 Indian leadership boasted and claimed their new military doctrine based on Info-centric warfare are specifically for Pakistan or Pakistan centric.

Yes like israel we have to be on gaurd against our real enemy and we are forced by India to be India centric when it comes to threat preception

Coming from Robert Blake, this statement means nothing. The Az-e-Nau exercises were held just to show that the Army is as much prepared for conventional war on eastern front as it is to fight militants on western front. And these are political statements. I think the army top brass knows how to keep the balance and they have. They won't rush into just shifting all focus on the western front. But we must admitt that this is the main front right now which needs a lot of focus. If, NATO and ISAF were doing half of what PA is doing, FATA would have been secure by now.

dear what about the State Sponsored mukti bahni terrorism by India in 1971. Who interfared in pakistan's internal political matters at that time... ???
and what about Siachen occupation in 1984??
