Pakistan seeks explanation about Inu's Baluchistan remarks

You do realise the govt spending you posted is by quarter? Of course there will be fluctuations within a year...demand and spending cycles are not going to be a straight perfect ramp.

Its better for you to look at the aggregate totals for each year. Start with the total govt spending for each year in India from say the year 2000 to now. It has always stayed relatively consistent at 10 - 12% of GDP for union budget:
I have quoted over all spending and this graph is for last 10 years

india-government-spending.png

For total spending (union + state + other non plan) it is at 27% compared to Pakistan 21%:

You are not counting CPEC projects but still 7 Billion US$ from local sources are good enough
Are you saying 900 million for the entire world or just for India?

YEs i referred to 900 Mil $ as World wide by changing definition facts cant change

1. Almost three-fifths of the world’s extreme poor are concentrated in just five countries: Bangladesh, China, the Democratic Republic of Congo, India, and Nigeria. 4

900 million....dollars? or people?

30% of 900 million is 270 million. That is about 20% of India population which was the old figure under the old system from 2011 (not the new 1.90 PPP and methodology)

Why dont you actually read the base report this website has pulled its numbers from?

http://www.compassion.com/multimedia/global-monitoring-report-2015-2016-world-bank.pdf

It has the clear box on page 34 on why poverty in India could be even lower like I have already posted.

A new report by World bank that uses this method around the world for each country (their words not mine) will start a new data series soon and will show you what I mean. You will have to wait for it to be released.

April fools is many months away bro. :)

Are you living in Balochistan? Do you know people on ground telling you about real situation there?

Stop speculations about internal issues of Pakistan. Situation in Balochistan is much better then before although it still have margin of improvement.

I am specifically talking with regards to his comment it will be better than "ANY" city in Asia in 2025.

Does anyone seriously believe that?

This is totally off-the-shelf topic but they've been talking about assisting the industry to develop everything from 2500HP Electronically Controlled Engine to multi- axes CNC machines for almost 3 years now. This was supposed to be undertaken under 12th FYP.:(

Credit situation has to improve brother before the liquidity can be generated for private companies to get the necessary JV's with the top engineering/tech companies (like say in Germany) going. You can forget about PSUs, they are even worse financially at the top tier to get this going now.

It is criminal to see how much liquidity was flushed away down the loo by the UPA2. India could have been at least past 3 trillion nominal GDP by now. The opportunity cost from this also lingers on through the NPA situation. I foresee top end stuff like what you are mentioning only happening in modi term 2...best case scenario. There is low end industry and medium industry and general high end industry that all needs to be sorted out in remaining term of Modi (esp for taxpayer funded PSU). Private sector has to lead the way in this recovery and then the top tier expansion into tech world later on this base.

So far the priorities are largely being tackled fairly by this administration which I am glad to see.
