Well, As a Pakistani, we should look into this problem. And this problem is not like can be controlled over night. We might need another 30 years to achieve that capability to have 1000 days reserves, induce Sea Recyclable water into the current system, might have to increase more forests to make sure we keep having it what has been given to us by our Allah. Pakistanis are among some luckiest people on planet earth who do have sweet, mineral and land water. And we even wash our **** from the water which in other countries is a luxury ...

Don't forget we have solved the biggest issue of our 65 years journey...
when India invented the Atomic bomb and became a nuclear power in the year 1974 our Prime Minister was forced to invent the atomic bomb and we invented that and tested it in 1998 and became a nuclear power.
The same Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif exploded these nuclear tests in the year 1998, today If this issue increases then see the same pressure will build up on our PM to solve this issue, if we can become a nuclear power then why not we can solve these issues, the fact is that the government should be sincere in solving the issues...

But then again, load-shedding and chronic debt has been a problem for quite some time now. If our government can't solve that anytime soon, how in the world will it tackle the water crisis? Things seem scary.

The previous governments were not sincere in solving the issues, In this 3rd world politics the government thinks that they will engage the Pakistani public in these types of energy crisis issues so that the people will elect them again and again in order to solve these problems, they kept there bank accounts full, and ignore the people and there problems when in power, and when elections are near they beg people to take some votes and elect themselves again, this is how we are going, I don't know were we are heading. Think about it if the people were given their needs and requirement, electricity, gas, jobs, education etc then a modern thinking and understanding will surely develop among the people to elect their representatives, in this manner the corrupt politicians will be kept aside and a sophisticated leader will be appointed which has its primary objective to develop the country. And Pakistan will emerge in a correct way to the people of the world.
In somehow I believe, The super powers and some other countries would not digest these changes because Pakistan is the only Muslim nuclear power, so they order politicians to bereave Pakistanis from these needs and fulfill their own pockets.
If a single government would be sincere in solving these issues our energy crises had not took more than 3 to 4 years.
But this government is looking straightforward to do something.
