You see, sir, the reason, why india is concerned, if at all, is because these reactors which pak is constructing indigenously are "plutonium" reactors, intended for producing weapon grade fissile material
Pakistan has virtually no indigenous civil nuclear programme, instead of doing r&d in reactor engineering, pak, is rather spending money in stockpiling warheads

dude both india and china have over 1000 nukes and thermo nukes. china prolly has close to 3000. we have been in this field 25-30 yrs before pak. but pakistan if builds them creates worries not to indians but to the whole world because of unstability. its better for pak to build a second strike capability that increasing the number of nukes in land.

we asked pakistan to start trade with us create millions of jobs on both sides. they r not giving us the mfn. we asked them to buy gas from us as cheap rates rather than importing through sea. they said no thankyou. we offered them 25 million during floods. they rejected. we asked them to cooperate on transportation from afghan to india. they rejected again. we have clearly seen these ppl dont want to develop. they dont want to open up to the world. that is y they r loosing afghan, turkey and iran.

keep believing that india doesnt have thermo nukes. we have tested a thermonuclear device in pokhran. there is no need to test it further even if it had a bit less yield than expected.

I do have those facts, 1000, 3000 and a few hundred NWHs
But what is annoying is the fact that you are comparing Pakistan to a war torn country by describing it as "unstable" and worrisome to "the hole world" as if the words responsible and responsibility belongs exclusively to India and its "whole world".
You know that Pakistan as well pledged to no first use of nuclear weapons as India did.
Pakistan has to think on its own defence-wise or with china if you have Israel and some western countries on your side plus Russia sharing nuclear technologies to help you.
By looking down on Pakistan you are showing how you perceive Muslims of your Origin, hence insulting nothing else than your own origins.

To the contrary, Afghanistan, Iran and Turkey are siding with Pakistan.
Pakistan is open to a lot of nations, and no one in the place of Pakistan would have accepted your offerings, since they show clearly that you want Pakistan to reject the path of self reliance it pursues and be dependant on India somehow.

Let's start with nuclear reactors to produce the electrical energy needs of Pakistan, than more research reactors.

India has Its Thermonuclear weapon Right from 80s... while the 1998 Test was done for a new type of Thermonuclear weapon which is much Lighter and lethal than the older one India had.

At present Indian stockpile of Thermonuclear weapons is over 500 warheads... Could have been more If the threat enviroment was Higher as is the case with China.
India presently is the only country where Mass production of Tritium takes place.
