It is still true. Saudis still support the right of people of J&K to self determination in accordance with the UN resolutions. In that sense nothing has changed

Nominally KSA supports Pakistan on Kashmir. I have not seen anything different. KSA will not do anything beyond token verbal support on Kashmir.

Back door diplomacy on Kashmir, most likely. The Americans and GCC are trying to prevent a 2.5 front war nightmare for Modi. There is little they can offer us at this point. Kashmir can only be resolved to through conventional military actions. OIC, USA, UNSC need not concern themselves. Kashmir/Ladakh is a local issue between India, Pakistan and China (India's own stated diplomatic stance for decades).

Modi recently called King Salman, who in turn called Xi. Now this Saudi FM is calling SMQ. These Saudi only turn up back in 2019 when Pakistan spanked India in operation swift retort , not before that when India was planning its moves.

OIC just condemned India like 2 days ago on Kashmir at an international forum. That wouldn't have happened without KSA's approval. That should speak for itself.
