India has acute need to spend on its navy, border protection, air force etc. Just because India is spending a lot of cash on gross imports of weapons doesn't mean it poses a direct threat to Pakistan. Indian military can only wage war on Pakistan with assets which fall ahead of its deterrent line against China.

thats the main point why shpould we wage a war against pakistan or for that matter china ?
