Whatever, the fact is, albeit it's free on the Indian side, they still have to be forced fed.

I dont know what your intentions are but the low turn out is mainly due to the factor that Lahore which is one of the largest cities in Pakistan is quite close to it while the nearest Indian city is Amritsar, which is quite small compared to bigger Indian cities.
