Brother, Tax reforms are tricky and difficult, because over the decades, deliberately a culture is created in which nobody wants to declare their incomes and pay taxes on them. When top brass was doing it, when the FBR officers were corrupt asking bribes. Why common people and businessmen would pay their taxes!!
The Education and health reforms are linked to the tax reforms.
Until Pakistan start to collect more taxes, how it can spend more on Health and Education, which are more pressing needs!!
Another thing needs to change, on which Pakistanis are not paying attention is the 18th Amendment.
That's why PPP would never resign from the assembly seats, unless it becomes untenable for them to stay in assemblies. Zardari is playing this game, to make as much money as possible before the next elections, which does not guarantee for PPP to win majority in Sind.
He makes money from the funding Sind receives due to 18th. IF any doubt , look at the Karachi roads, hygiene, collection of rubbish, transportation etc. Most of the money is disappearing in some dark and deep hole.
