While Pakistan resorted to fake propaganda over Kashmir at the UNGA, Pakistan's Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi yet again raised the issue of stamps on Kashmir released by Pakistan Government's Postal Department which had provoked India. The stamps on Burhan Wani and others were used to back terrorism and terrorists in Kashmir and used as a propaganda tool by Pakistan. The issuance of stamps led to the cancellation of India-Pakistan meeting on the sidelines of UNGA in New York
Republic TV has exposed the reality of these stamps and fake propaganda machinery of Pakistan Government. Republic has accessed original photographs of two of the stamps used by Pakistan against India labeling it as 'Indian brutality'. Here are the two photographs used as a propaganda tool by Pakistan:
- The First photograph is of a protest by Kashmiri Pandit group in 2014 on the 24th anniversary of their forced exile from Kashmir due to Pakistan sponsored terror
- The Second photograph is of children of Sikh killed in the Chattisingpora massacre of Kashmir by Pakistani terrorists in March 2000
Both photographs have been showcased in the 'Missing Persons' and 'Homeless Children' category to brand India in a negative light through fake propaganda. This is blatant manipulation by Pakistan at the world stage.
Here are the full details:
1. Kashmiri Pandit group
The stamps (right side) released by Pak Post is of a protest in New Delhi against Pak sponsored terrorists by Kashmiri Pandit group Roots in Kashmir in 2014. It was organized by Kashmiri Pandit activists at Jantar Mantar on the 24th anniversary of their forced exile from Kashmir due to Pakistan sponsored terrorism. Pak yet against resorting to fake propaganda.
2. Sikh Protest:
Last year, Republic TV had exposed similarly how Pakistan's Permanent Representative at the UN Maleeha Lodhi had waved a fake picture of a Palestinian girl at the UNGA calling it as a picture of a victim from Kashmir. The expose had led to massive embarrassment for Pakistan and also a junior Indian diplomat hitting out at Maleeha Lodhi publicly at the UNGA.
