Indians calm down with your gloating! India has recently done quite well in providing education but it's still shameful!
These are just 3.5 million children who don't go to school. That's nearly as much as as children attending secondary school in whole of UK! So nothing to gloat about it.
Look at China? They have 95% literacy rate. They have done exceptionally well to provide education not to just their children but also to adult population. India still has one in 4 person that's illiterate. Shameful!
Quarter of the population can't even have this discussion provided they have all the facilities :/ So stop it.
