Guess the kids dont understand that army is not about individual personalities but a highly professional institution that has a lot of heads in the policy making, its not dependent on army chiefs for things to get better, that is how credible institutions work, a lot of my friends used to day bajwa is not good, Rs was better n i always told them Rs was just hyped due to zarb e azab, bajwa will work as same or even better subservient to the professionalism of the institution just as Rs was they are not dependent on emergence of good leaders, RS was a representive of the stance of the institution, bajwa also represents the same institution and next guy will do so too, we as a nation are so embroiled in hero worship that we have no idea how long lasting strong professional institutions work...
