Pakistan has allocated additional funding for its projects to enhance military satellite communications through its collaborative partnership with China.

Budgetary documents issued in late April show the progression of four satellite programmes overseen by Pakistan’s Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission (Suparco).

These projects, all of which are expected to have dual military-commercial applications, include the Pakistan Remote Sensing Satellite System (PRSSS), the Pakistan Multi-Mission Satellite (PakSat-MM1), and the establishment of a new space research centre in Karachi and new space centres in Islamabad, Karachi, and Lahore to support the PakSat-MM1.

The PRSSS is a continuing programme, while the other three are new for fiscal year 2018-19.

Let us see academic papers first on research.

. . .

How many academic papers you saw which helped Pakistan become arguably the fourth biggest nuke and missile power in the world? Please share if you have ? The only one I know is when AQ Khan published such document on how to balance the centrifuges, just to "rub it in".

Yups unless you build human and technological infrastructures around your scientific targets, its all a paint job projects which is kind of opening up one more money drain channel...

Sorry for you Madrassa style typo errors.
Having said that, yes we are proud that India took paths to learn and built likes of ISRO, BARC and many more gems, which has lead us to build framework and infrastructure. All we will see is growth form here onwards. Things that was not possible prior to 2005 and now possible at private sector, technology learning is now shared with private sector to build the industry around it. Universities have courses and industry offers internship and researcher publish papers in international journals, thats how things are build and not by dancing around with a bucket of paint and brush..
I will second this; I am looking in my library of 60+ academic and research textbooks I got a few months back from your country. It is just a treasure trove of academic work;

Also for the other person, my friend here is a well renounced mathematican; he travelled to Pak a few times for symposiums for research work at Quaid Univ and 2 more; he was appalled as professors steal research papers from their students and publish them as their own. Research is very limited to a few institutions. Now, he is in China Tsinghua, Beijing and 2 more where he has post doc research students he is supervising, he is always amazed at their work; similarly he travelled a few times upon invitation of Indian mathematical institute and again he was amazed at the work being carried out there as well.

Come one man, stop being a child. You are going all over the place. Speak to academics only.
