I agree with DJV. There is no need to curtail pop growth artificially for Pak, provided they can educate and train the folks. With CPEC, a large trained labour force can be a plus.

I had seen one incident near my office.. There were some coconut trees and four monkeys when I joined office.. They used to eat some of those tender coconuts and remaining coconuts used to grow full.. Now there are more than 20 monkeys and no coconut grows bigger than cricket ball.. Hungry monkeys always roam around to find something to eat and fight for their survival.. If population increases so much that one has to fight with another just to fill his stomach than it is better to forget humanity from that crowd of animals..

With humans it works a bit differently, sir. If there were more humans they could do some brainstorming to find out ways of boosting production, size and productivity of coconuts. Or even more, find newer and better crops to grow.
