Pakistan police advancement

Hey guys any idea what's the plan for pakistani police advancement, in the near future, like do they have any special training going on for them or any future plan to advance our police capability to tangle terrorism, and what weapon are in use buy our pakistani police. please advise (I thought if this thread so we can dedicate to our police department) because they also have lost their life. in this troubled situation.. but we still blame them that they are corrupt and ****** cops. but they are the first target of suicide bombing

LOL Interesting plan! On a side note, we have to modernize our country's police to the standards of the Elite Islamabad police. Those guys are awesome! Latest equipment and vehicles!

The First Priority of Pakistan Police Advancement program should be to Discourage this "HARAM KHANAY WALLA" LOOK Because whenever we see a Policeman with a Large Tummy we Immediately say "HARAM KHANAY WALLA".

1. First Rule for Our Police Should be Either you keep the Tummy or the Uniform.

2. Increase their Salaries.

3. Give them same Privileges as other Armed Forces.

5. Telephone Numbers for Police Should be made "Inaccessible For Politicians and High Profile People" so that they wont have to Release anybody on just one God Damned Phone Call from a VIP.

I can only hope that certain policemen will abide by the rules and not accept extra money from civilians to "ease" it up with the regulations.
No place for corruption, a strong and solid policeforce should act as an example for the Pakistani people.

Pakistan police need to more organize and better trained and not depend on Army and Ranger for any major law & order incidents in the country.

They have suffered the most due to poor training and equipment but they remain corrupt. In fact police is the no. 1 corrupt organisation in pakistan.

Their elite forces who have been trained by our military are used for VIP protection and not for the purpose they were trained for which is fighting the militants

6 - Elite Forces should never be allowed for VIP or VVIP securities

Kevlar + ak's +side arms , some kind of armored cars + awesome luxury cars in blues.
Thats what i saw on them atleast.
