No one acted like that. Everyone said they will be patient. You might be celebrating too early however, because only Indians are tweeting this and only Indian media is reporting this. Russian foreign ministry official website, as in screenshots posted by a staff member, show nothing like this. Neither has a Russian news outlet reported something like this. So be patient : )

Russian ministry site says nothing of this sort. According to Indian tweet, it is dated at 14:14, 8th July, 2019...
However, look at this: http://www.mid.ru/en/main_en.
Scroll down to News, most latest comment is at 19:19, 8th July, 2019 on Cyprus issue, and the latest after that is 6th July. There is no such mention of this news anymore. You can scroll down to see briefings too, nothing like it. Their tweet says nothing like this, neither has their Russian embassy in India made any such comment going by website and official twitter account.

I am not saying that news is fake, could be true, I would like to believe Indian media has an iota of some shame left, although they proved to be habitual liars.

But until there is an actual official confirmation directly from them, or via their news outlet, or via an international news outlet. I am not believing Indian sources. Very simple, because the official pages say nothing.
