It's not a denial when all the Indian Army's proof is a statement. There needs to be heightened cautiousness on the Indian side, especially when we now know that the army is pre-verifying Indian media stories so we regularly hear of pigeon jihadis and shupa pawa nonsense on Ganga media.

So kindly can you elaborate how many so called terrorist or their leaders are killed? It's just pure properganda by Indian Government to calm the locals down. And there were no surgical strikes because :-
1) if you have conducted any surgical strikes then free press of Pakistan would have reached there to see the aftermath I.e. devastation of the place. As Indian army claimed they have conducted operation on 5-6 different points. It would have been very difficult for Pakistani Army to hide the fire and after effects of attack.Also now a days due to introduction of technology. The videos would have been available by general public in villages around LLC who would have made armature videos of attack.
2)The time has not been appropriate to launch such strikes because due to hostility India lacked surprise, stealth factors
3)Why isn't a single photo or video evidence shared by indian government? Which makes things fishy.
4) if you really wanted to conduct strikes I believe the primary target will be Hafiz Saeed who is currently residing in Lahore and conducting Charity work . But instead indians attack some odd unknown .

Surgical strikes in LOC: The defense forces of Pakistan have made an ‘operational plan’ in response to the alleged ‘misadventure’ from ‘war mongering India’. According to a daily newspaper in Pakistan, the army had set targets in India in case there are surgical strikes in the country for an ‘immediate quid pro quo’. Citing a source the Pakistan daily called ‘The News’ wrote, “Pakistan is fully prepared to meet any military challenge from India. Our operational plan is ready, quid pro quo targets are finalised and forces have been dedicated.” When the Pak daily asked these sources about Indian preparations for surgical attacks in Pakistan, they said, “Whether it is a Cold Start or hot pursuit, we are ready. India is well aware of our capabilities.” According to these sources in defence forces, they will not tolerate any airspace or ground violation. In case India attacks with surgical strikes, Pakistan has the appropriate response and targets have been selected in India to attack, The News reported. The sources were reported to claim that the attack in Uri in which 17 Indian soldiers had died, was wrongly blamed to Pakistan without any investigations.
