1..all the landcruisers given to idiotic prople in government should bw taken back and all employees of the government should go to work in their own vehicles including the PM just like everyone else.
2. Cut all food expenses in govenment offices
3. Put tax on every property transcation similar to the UK
4. Look at all the pakistani bank accounts and all the people living above their means. How did they get the money and start a proper tax.
5. Tax small farmers but just 2.5 percent unless they are major landlords
6. Encourage foreign investment. Many many paksitanis expats see opportunities but dont invest due to law and order and poor governance. Create an environment of positive business
7. Go after crooks hard. Spare no one
8. Give nawaz sharif and zardari 6 monthd ti bring all the stolen money or kill them and all their family including children so the weeds never raise their ugly heads again

its not a revenue issue its a current account crisis

Most Pakistanis have lived IMF rule. Go first study IMF's directives, its first and foremost aim is to advance US interests.
What are US interests regarding Pakistan I think you know pretty well and not that dumb that you're trying to show here.

We have seen IMF programs since 80s and how they arm-twisted PAkistan and screwed our HDI from mid-80s to a poor sick nation in the 90s with corrupt being supported and strengthened. The food price rise and devaluation of currency under PPP rule in 90s was'nt just a contribution of Peoples Party it was IMF policy that was at work.
@RiazHaq can explain how these corrupt thugs like Zardari handed over 150 million peoples fate to the IMF who pushed in record millions of Pakistanis into poverty at one go. IMF made economic programs for Pakistan. No successive govt. could recover from this and those practices were interchanged with more corruption to accomodate people like ghost employees, filling posts with political positions. Or even the BISP begging program, handing out 5000 Rs. to the poor voter base in fear of cooling down their anger on their present pathetic state.
IMF's deals remain under the shadow and never made public, the IMF director negotiates and arm-twists their Pakistani counterpart in surrendering on most of its options, in a way becomes the manager of the economy indirectly. And the best part is the one they screwed [the Pak govt. finance team] becomes the monster.

IMF's sole aim shifting the debt burden, under the dictations of IFIs, on the working classes of Pakistan and bringing in hardships to the middle and lower middle class by increasing their suffering. And with it increasing funding to Women NGOs and media organizations to remain their slaves and pursue their social agenda.
Previous bailout packages had imposition of more taxes, withdrawal of tax exemptions, increase in power and tax tariffs, elimination of power tariff subsidies and cutting of development expenditure. The coming IMF bailout will be a lot more hellraiser as
USA has a one-point agenda with Pakistan right now that is Afghanistan. They are not dealing with Pakistan apart from this issue. What is in future after the bailout is worse than any thing that had happened before.

IMF's no.1 target is to hurt CPEC, the only source of FDI in Pakistan. IF PTI surrenders on this they will be f**ked in 2 years time. China WILL NEVER allow any damage to this project which is part of their BRI initiative spanning countries. Its too important for them.

USA needs leverage in Pakistan and IMF reentering will give them that they have made clear they will not allow any FDI from their country apart from IMF.

Okay sir...i recently found out you donated 12 billion dollars and have filled up the current account deficit that stood at 18 billion dollars per year with return of 18 billion dollars short term loans..lucky the CAD is not 42 billion dollars PER YEAR because foreign Pakistani are remitting

Imagine no remitances you would have needed a 300 billoon dollar package lol..why because Pakistanis like useless imports as they are very cheap ...end result will be this has to stop..wither govt will ban cars or will defualt and do massive devaluation resulting in you cannot affording to buy imported cars

It would be a good exercise to estimate just how far short of $12 billion all the above measures add up to, even if 100% successful.

I would love to see it happen, but will it in reality? I do not think so. Even if we assume so, recoverable assets are perhaps a billion for each.

IMF has done a lot apart from raising food prices in Pakistan, and we have never been able to recover as IMF policies prevent stabilization of economy. Apart from this the brain drain, the attack on social fabric thru NGO and media funding is all part and parcel of the US agenda since 1992.

Asad Umar is another corporate stooge, these stooges negotiate with IMF and then our disposed off in one to two years time like Shaukat Tarin, with govt. blaming the stooge away from themselves. Shaukat Tarin was not an elected ticketholder of PPP. This PTI joke is MNA will take whole party with him once they enter IMF program. IMF director will prevail and these jokes will get the blame as they were voted in power.
