It is not according to me.
India itself never denied that they carried out the Forward Policy, or that the Forward Policy was the cause of the Sino-Indian War.
All the sources regarding this War are either from India or the West, since it was not well documented in China.
India set up a large number of military posts far beyond the McMahon line, in the Eastern sector where India did not even claim any land.
The trigger for War was the Forward Policy. Not even the Indians deny this.
This is your own history. We don't even learn about this war in China, it was documented mostly in India and the West.
And the forward posts were set to prevent Chinese from camping south of McMohan line.
Its a game two can play, reality is China attacked after signing a peace deal.
Nation states usually do not resort to dishonesty in international treaties, but it was China, so still Nehru is at fault for not recognizing Chinese inherent duplicity.
