I think you are reading the chart wrong? 64% of S.Koreans have a favorable view of India, compared to 61% of China and 25% of Japan.

they're building a university, and that can never be good news. it's going to become another mullah type place like Intl Islamic Uni of Islamabad built by the Saudis. I read an article by a student where it said that one of the professors refused to enter one of his classes because a few girls were not covering their heads. Like, how fucked up is that??

Muzaffarabad is not the only city or place effected in 2005. there are other areas like district bagh and Rawalakot of district poonch also badly effected by that earthquake. At that time a huge support from many countries came to Kashmir in shape of money but no one knows where and how it is been disappeared. hundreds of schools and Hospitals are still lying under construction and when we ask the govt. as why they are not completing these projects; the answer comes from them is "there are no funds" available to complete these projects.
Good to know that once again these countries are taking interest in reconstruction of Kashmir and hope that things will get monitored by authorities...

So I'm guessing since it's eaten in their home countries it probably sells for money there. Here no one eats dogs and stray dogs are in abundance, so they enjoy their favorite meat for free..........

Because that would require these contracts to be handed over to local firms, where kickbacks will have to be paid locally and could easily be traced. That's why contracts are awarded to foreign companies which simply wire the millions of dollars of kickbacks directly into influential people's accounts in cayman islands which can never be traced.

It might just be a rumour/stereotype, no one eats dogs on a regular basis, not even the Koreans.
