is this a joke? Su-35 is even superior to likes of F-15 , F-18 E/F , F16 E/F , Rafale, J-10C, J-31, some argue its even better than F-35 ..

JF-17 hardly matches F-16 block 40.

JF-17 Blocks are meant to replace Q5, Mig,21/F7, Mirage II, Mirage III, MIrage IV and Early versions of F-16 A/B.

JF-17 is a light wieght Low RC low observable Interceptor. its is even outclassed by medium wight fighters like F-15 and F-18. JF-17's role is to replace obsolete aircraft in Pakistan Air Force.

Su-35 is a heavy Weight Class Super Fast and super weaponsed , Huge RC Multirole strke fighter for Deep penetration strikes and Air superiority. Totally different role and Mission Class.

Not to Mention you can have 4 JF-17 Block II or may be 2 Block III Versions for price of 1 Sukhoi 35.

also you can maintain 4 JF-17 thunders for price of maintaining 1 Su-35. cuz they serve different roles on the battlefield.
