I don't think this guy make sense. May be he was having an Ecstasy Kick the moment he recorded this statement. B230 just to end energy crisis? We have our land full more coal than combined petroleum asserts of Saudi Arabia and Iran.. the pilot project of Gassification has been success and next milestone would be mass production. How much money would we need to generate 7-8 thousand Megawats? May be $100 Millions but certainly not a Billion let alone 230Billions.

i guess the main problem with Pakistan is tht we spend more than we produce just like USA & thus we are same bank crup like USA today just take the example of bangladesh they have the same population but there total electricity production of whole bangladesh is arround same as wht Karachi requires, the levish life style of Pakistanis is the main problem......
