What many have missed here is the literal meaning of the missile's name - Harba

It's an Arabic word for 'Fast moving' so it might indicate the missile might not be subsonic.

Harbah is also an Arabic word for something that moves very fast

Since the ISPR's presser mentioned it with an h I would say it could mean 'fast moving' - Harbah
