Search and Rescue (SAR) Operation by Pakistan Maritime Security Agency Ships [PMSA]– 19x Crew Members of FV Subhan Allah (21347-B)

North Arabian Sea (9th December 2024): At 1015 hrs, the Pakistan Navy’s Station Nathia Gali (Karachi) relayed a distress alert to Maritime Rescue Coordination Center (MRCC) at Headquarters Pakistan Maritime Security Agency (PMSA). The alert informed about flooding onboard Fishing Vessel (FV) Subhan-Allah with 19x crew members, positioned 30 Nautical Miles West of Karachi Fairway.
Subsequently, PMSA ships already on routine patrol were tasked to Search and Rescue (SAR) the stranded fishermen. At 1220 hrs, the FV was localized & all 19x crew members of the FV were shifted onboard PMSS DASHT where they were administered with 1st aid and other necessities.
Later the all 19x crew members of the FV Subhan Allah were brought back to Karachi harbor onboard PMSS RAFAQAT. This operation once again underscores PMSA’s commitment in safeguarding fishermen community within Pakistan’s maritime zones.

53 سال قبل آج کے دن پاک بحریہ کی آبدوز ہنگور نے بھارتی بحریہ کے جہاز کُکری کو سمندر بُرد اور بھارتی جنگی جہاز کِرپان کو مفلوج کر کے تاریخ رقم کی تھی۔ یہ جنگِ عظیم دوئم کے بعد کسی آبدوز سے جنگی جہاز کو غرق کرنے کا پہلا اور روایتی آبدوز کے ذریعے تباہ کرنے کا واحد واقعہ ہے۔ نہ ہم یہ دن بھولے ہیں اور نہ ہی ہمارا دشمن بھول سکتا ہے۔ یہ واقعہ نہ صرف حربی تکنیکی مہارت کی بہترین مثال ہے بلکہ دشمن کے جارحانہ عزائم کو خاک میں ملانے اور عددی برتری کے باوجود اپنی بحری سرحدوں کی حفاظت کے لیے پاک بحریہ کے غیر متزلزل عزم کا بھی عملی نمونہ ہے۔
یہ دن ہمیں ہنگور کے عملے کی بہادری، استقامت اور جذبے کی یاد دلاتا ہے۔ ہنگور نے پاک بحریہ کے لیے جو کارنامہ سرانجام دیا وہ اللہ تعالیٰ کے خاص کرم، تجربہ کار عملے کی پیشہ وارانہ مہارت، لگن اور ملک پاکستان کے ساتھ بے لوث عقیدت کی اعلیٰ ترین مثال ہے۔ آج کا دن ہمیں یہ باور کرواتا ہے کہ پیشہ وارانہ مہارت اور لگن کے ذریعے ہم تمام مشکلات کا مقابلہ کر سکتے ہیں اور اپنے قابل فخر ماضی اور پیشہ وارانہ ورثے کو موجودہ دور کے جدید تقاضوں کے مطابق مزید تقویت دے سکتے ہیں۔
پاک بحریہ نے ہمیشہ اپنی سب میرین فورس پر خصوصی توجہ دی ہے اور چین کے تعاون سے جاری آبدوز کا منصوبہ اس بات کا منہ بولتا ثبوت ہے۔ 8 ہنگور کلاس آبدوزوں کے اضافے سے پاک بحریہ کی جنگی صلاحیتوں اور اس کی جارحیت کو تقویت ملے گی۔ اس وقت اپنی فتح کی یاد تازہ کرتے ہوئے ہم پاک بحریہ کی آبدوز غازی کے شہدا کو فراموش نہیں کر سکتے جنہوں نے 1971 میں مادر وطن کے دفاع میں اپنی جانیں نچھاور کیں۔ مجھے پختہ یقین ہے کہ پاکستان بحریہ کا سب میرین اسکواڈرن اپنے شہداء اور غازیوں کی قربانیوں اور لیجنڈری ہنگور کے مثالی کارنامے سے متاثر ہوتا رہے گا۔
میں سب میرین سروس کے روشن مستقبل اور کامیابیوں کے لیے دعا گو ہوں۔

پاک بحریہ اور رائل عمان بحریہ کے مابین دوطرفہ بحری مشق” ثمر الطیب“ کا انعقاد بھی باقاعدگی سے کیا جاتا ہے
پی این ایس سیف نے اسپین بحریہ کے جہاز سانتا ماریا کے ساتھ بھی دو طرفہ مشق کا انعقاد کیا
مشقوں کا مقصد، خطہ میں موجود بحری افواج کے درمیان ہم آہنگی کو فروغ دینا تھا
پاک بحریہ دیگر بحری افواج کے ساتھ علاقائی امن و استحکام کے لیے مل کر کام کرتی ہے
