Above video showed enough , that sub surfaced to identify itself. Both Pakistan and India follow the protocol. It can be escalated if Indian submarine refused to reply PN warning for identification . But, this something new probing . Means Indian are testing PN readiness in the region.
Video is enough to prove that Indian sub was locked as stand by target.
