Why don't we simply buy a Frigate

The reason why I proposed a suggestion for usage of the Utility ship as a combat ship was due to its "Size"

For example
F22P frigate : Length ~ 123.2 m / speed 29 kn
OHP frigate : Length ~ 138 m

Turkish - Pakistan (Tanker) :
Length 194 meters
17,000 tonnes.
20 kt. (Speed)


You can fit more stuff on it (Almost double the size)

Now the ship here I am not sure if this is the 106 m ship or if this is the 194 m one
I would imagine a 194 meter ship would be double the size of what we see in the image above , so you can imagine how much room exist to install some interesting modifications

May be if there is a future image of the utility ship + f22p frigate we can see how size wise things look
