I think everyday one school should be put in charge to clean some places in every city...

This will keep the city clean plus teach from a young age what to do with trash and where dustbins are. ....hopefully the next generation learns to live in clean Pakistan which they don't dirty themselves

We have enough youth, schools and cities that don't have enough schools will be identified

We did that once back in late 90s when I was a student in APS westridge, RWP.

We went through the streets surrounding the market area and picked up trash.

I think it should be encouraged in every city.

A certain amount of civic service needs to be required to earn a high school degree. Either it might be tree plantation, trash collection or wall painting to remove graffiti. This will make our next generation more down to earth with less sait sahab mentality. In Pakistan people feel beneath themselves to get involved in menial work like this.

Go to a working class Pakistani area in UK I bet you they will be filthy as hell, Its my personal experience, even decent Pakistani families move out of those shit holes the moment they can get a mortgage to move to a better place. So its clearly not all about living in a poor country or education its something to do with the mentality and upbringing.
