If Non muslims can become Chief justice then I don't see why can't they become President. They both are nor ruling positions and almost similar.

No its not, president is the head of state and in case of emergency has more powers then prime minister. He heads armed forces and constituionally can implement emergency and take all the power in his own hands.

Going with the majority here, building temples is one thing but you cant change the Islamic nature of state. Ruling capacity should lie with the majority. Minorities are being represented adequately in legislation, judiciary and armed forces we dont really need them ruling the state, it will be injustice with the majority population.
Besides its Islamic republic not secular republic. We can discuss this when that changes.

Just get it passed. The chance that a person from a minority becoming the Prime Minister is next to 0%, just like the chance of a Muslim becoming the Prime Minister of India is next to 0%. They still allow it to charm the international community into thinking they are a fair and just state. Pakistan meanwhile is painted as a pariah extremist state due to the existence of such laws. Khan is doing a great job at boosting Pakistans image at the international level. He needs to keep going.
