It's a part of world bank - the decision tribunal. If your govt had agreed to the decision being binding, then not upholding decision could lead to blacklisting by world bank.. That is not good (in summary)

Sorry to say but due to high level corruption our case ground is totally weak. 2 way of reversal expose the exploitation done by company which they do (problem here thanx to corruption every clause favor them ) 2)prove the corruption so any contract based on giving corruption gonna void but as far as i know there is no such high level inquiry going by high level comission on urgent basis considering case outcome (at least i dont know anybody knows kindly update us )

The case in question is true. There were reports of $12 billion in possible fine by International Courts. I think the decision was bound to be given this weekend. So might be true.

This was in 2012 under PPP and thanks to CJP. Even 2018 CJP was arrogant. Someone needs to put a leash on these people.
