You've just gotta love it - Pakistan and Pakistanis suffer from their own incompetence - and India is a villain? If US canot finance Bhasha Diamer, why can't the arbi Muzlum brothers?? Maybe they too know that Pakistanis will only rip them off, get nothing done and blame them for the Pakistanis own failures?

It is a engineering logic when you see the flood coming from a direction every year and it is going to cause havoc then you have to establish and develop ground up a larger and a small dam so when the water enters the first DAM and is about to get filled you lets a % of water drain out of it to the next DAM thus you avoid the floods. But alas our engineers and politicians have no mind of their own.
