Pakistan top military leaders have expressed anger over the release of around 16 Taliban prisoners saying that this action will decrease the ‘morale’ of the soldiers at the war front, as reported on Pakistan Today.

During a meeting with Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif today the military leaders expressed their concern framing the action as unnecessary and negative.

According to TV channels in Pakistan, Interior ministry of Pakistan released 16 Taliban. However, interior ministry denied the reports saying that those released were laypeople involved in minor crimes.

What's the point of capturing them when they are gonna roam free again? PA should just execute them extrajudicially.

Same shit happens in india.
We don't act on maoists for political considerations too

Why do you guys capture and waste everyone's time and money. Why not just kill them.

Military and Paramilitary should start legal process as soon as they arrest terrorists. Once ball is in courts, govt may not be able to release them as easily as it just did.

Pakistan will be digging its own grave by releasing these terrorists.

Lesson to learn: Don't take prisoners. Only the cost to transfer one scum to prisons is more than enough to buy 100 of them a one way ticket to "heaven"

Maoists aren't terrorists.India was doing same thing with ULFA.its better to capture and make them to abandon the movement than kill them and create multiple factions.plus, these movements never die with death of few members.the way India took against Maoists are sound, erode the very base of the movement so that it die without much struggle.Killing them will make situation far worse.
