Muslims in India are generally suspicious of govt intention, as they fear (and it might be true to some extent) its a tyranny of majority. Hence it takes time to bring them on board.

Easier said than done. You guys have been trying to do just that since the last several years but the hydra-headed monster keeps growing new ones! The only option is to launch a massive military operation against them with all resources at your disposal. But then again, you don't have the troops to do that. Redeploying them from the LoC to take on the TTP is not an option at present.

So how are you gonna 'screw' them, as you say? Looks like things are going to get worse. Unfortunately, your priority is Kashmir and not the safety and security of your own people where thousands of soldiers and civilians have been killed by the TTP so far!

Here's a solution: Instead of the PA/ISI using all their time and resources in sending the army of LeT/JeM duffers across into Kashmir, they should be used to fight the TTP instead. These clowns can easily be re-assigned, unlike the PA deployed along the LoC.

It is far more logical to sort your internal mess first before thinking of capturing Kashmir with the help of those yahoos.
