Putting Pakistan on this list is a move that will likely backfire. .

this is assuming that you have sound leadership
contrary to the popular believe, i doubt Pakistan has strong establishment(or if it is than its a ridiculously poor establishment) currently, their power has disappeared, given complete freedom of press and strong support for political parties like PML N, which is projected to win elections again as a clean sweep
if it in Punjab alone, should be enough for them to form a govt ALONE

this is evident by analyzing the 2013 election PML won 213 seats in Punjab vs 25 seats of PTI
punjab holds 50% of electroal votes even getting 80-90% swats in punjab would mean that PML N would just need couple of azad people from baluchistan and sindh to form a govt

PPPP seems to be finished in punjab while PTI was never popular in punjab and will never be popular unless current leadership disappears and some Punjabi season politicians come around but than it wouldn't be PTI it would be better name it PML Q

Rafael is a worthy piece of modern technology.

I am not worried about CPEC. CPEC is bound to be a success. It is beyond an Indian's comprehension.

But India is interested in Iranian gas pipeline and ofcourse a route to Afghanistan.
