'Pakistan made Jadhav's wife, mother appear as widows to him', says Sushma Swaraj in Parliament

Had you treated the two ladies with dignity as Officers usually do, and arranged an emotional family reunion over lunch with a beautiful backdrop.
what you scums wanted us to do? give them a fu*ckin guard of honor? what we already did was more than enough Indian have habbit of doing useless Randi rona looks like this shushma is on her monthlies and she need tampoons even in this age lmao

Show me a copy of the letter.

Jadav has not right to consular access. The convention does not apply on spys and espionage cases.

Go read the convention.

1. LOL.

ISLAMABAD - The government on Wednesday informed the Senate that India has refused to help Pakistan in tracing its retired army officer Lt Col Muhammad Habib who had gone missing from Nepal in April this year.

Law Minister Zahid Hamid winding up a debate on the issue told the House, on behalf of foreign affairs minister, that the Indian government in June last informed the government of Pakistan that “it could not do anything about the incident as it happened in Nepal.” He said that Pakistan has sought Indian help in May.

2. Vienna convention makes NO EXCEPTIONS for granting consular access. There are No spys since as per Law they are all innocent until proven guilty. And all non guilty party must be provided consular access.

Again derailing the thread.
Why so insecure? Is it because Jadav’s mom had to bin her bindi?

What is there to derail ? Are you saying both the cases are not linked ?

As for point 2, he has been proven guilty by Military court and SC. He has been awarded the death sentence, which he shall get.
ICJ’s decision is not binding, don’t forget that. It’s a recommendation.

.
LOL.... you sound frustrated. What kind of behavior are you expecting from us ? Do tell.

Why not ? :cheesy:

He is in pakistani custody and its his right to get consular access and our right to give him consular access.

Its a pakistani newspaper which said you asked for our help, not an Indian news paper.

Pakistan govt. as written to the Indian high commission seeking help in finding him :P ........ we have refused any such help.
I am frustrated, you must be joking, there is an old psyche that in order to hide own frustration just shout and that is what you have been doin. I am enjoying every bit of your frustration and know that bhartis can only do Fcuk all.

.
What do Indian users expect, i wonder?

That guy was an spy, confessed to it, and believe me i would choke him with my own hands for jeopardizing of our relations with Pakistan. That fker was an spy and it was a great generosity from Pakistanis not to hang him from balls until now. They allowed him to meet his family, is that bad for Indians??? Or India is the bullying side of this story???

The gap that this guy made, is hardly being filled by Iranian side.
The only itch indians have that their diplomat did not get a chance to listen and make up stories laden with too many spices for future turning and tossing.

Why are you getting so worked up.

You guys are doing exactly what is expected of you. And your actions have already made Pakistan what it is today.

All I was wondering that whether any Pakistani has vision to think of an out of box diplomatic move :D

Life of One Cdr Jadhav or Col Habib doesn't make an iota of difference to any of the nation. But the art of diplomacy is to make use of every opportunity to portray your country in better light. You guys need to free your foreign office from your establishment influence :pakistan:

You forgot that your intelligence have recorded everything :D

May be it was for psychological purpose... May be he still have info that we want

LOL at your desperate Denial.

A foreign national has to be provided consular access BEFORE his trial so that a lawyer of his choice can be assigned to him.

Any denial of this right, will automatically rule the trial as a mistrial. And your govt. knows this.

Ruling of the ICJ is taken quite seriously by all nations. If you don't do that, the next time you have to go to the ICJ, they will not take YOU seriously.

Even though you can be in denial of this reality, your govt. cannot afford to be in denial.

Stop this moronic mantra. If we hand this monkey of yours to common Pakistanis, they will shred him in to pieces. So in reality our FO and establishment is being nice to you indians and going against the will of Pakistanis by letting him to meet his shady mother and wife who don't have any shame that their son/husband is a terrorist. And also to you indians who coming here defending a terrorist. This bast@rd must to hanged in Public.
