Pakistan: Kulbhushan Jadhav allowed to meet wife

Do you think there is a single Pakistani who doesn't believe in your establishment stand on KbY ?

Mrs KbY will tow the Indian line whether she is paid or not.

It is called patriotism which every citizen is born with.
We do not exhibit such patriotism that is the difference. And there millions of Pakistanis who do not know what does an establishment mean hence not just single but millions do not toe establishment stand for about 99% even do not know who is KBY.

. . .
Maybe Spying that looks more logical.

No it doesn't sound logical, unless he was Tele-Spying, which he could have done in much economical way by simply sitting in Dehli.

I cannot argue about the number of people following politics in Pakistan

But I am pretty sure that Pakistanis who are aware that Modi is PM of India would also be aware of KbY is an Indian spy as claimed by your establishment.

Whether Pakistanis exhibit more patriotism or Indian are ahead in showing it, is debatable. On PDF you can find Indian flags members berating Indian Forces. But no Pakistani will say anything against Pakistani Forces.

. . . .
Provide evidence to back your claim, fair evidence. Non-Indian papers or something. Please do try.
It would be nice if you provided a shred of evidence that he is indeed a terrorist. You tried him in a military court. Who was his lawyer? Why deny him consular access? Even Kasab when caught in the middle of a terror attack was offered consular access but Pakistan denied giving its own citizen consular access. That was their prerogative. As usual, Pakistan has bitten off more than it can chew. It may well hang Jadhav - but what's important is how the ICJ and thus the world community sees this case.

Not if you answer to the name of Tarek Fateh or Adnan Sami

Why does Indians care about him, after all he was converted to Iranian religion and was no more a hindu!
He was Indian - that's all that matters :) But you didn't even exercise consular access to Kasab - he was a Muslim from Pakistan.

This is nothing more then a gimmick before ICJ and believe me they will again get egg on their face as in all their cases in ICJ and you are right eventually he will either hanged or killed like Sarbjeet in Pakistani jail

Why should we give him consular access? On what bases does he deserve to speak to his state? On the bases of causing harm to Pakistan? He's allowed to meet his wife and that more than enough.
As for the ICJ, it has always favored India; whether it be this case or The Atlantic Incident, the ICJ's decision is not binding on us.

Here's your evidence:

Here's your evidence:
1. Because under international law, you are obligated to give him consular access. That's why Kasab was offered consular access. Otherwise, any country can pick up a national of any nation and force him to sign documents or release a video stating what they want.

2. Atlantique Incident - the ICJ ruled that it had no jurisdiction because of a separate treaty signed between Commonwealth Countries relating to such disputes. Pakistan could have gone to the appropriate forum but chose not to. And I remember this incident so well - after the judgment Pakistan even claimed "moral victory" stating India did not have a case and so decided to present that the ICJ had no jurisdiction.

3. It is your assertion that he caused harm to Pakistan. It maybe true, it maybe false. That's for a trial court to decide. Given the track record of Pakistani Courts - which have conveniently hanged a formed Prime Minister, convicted another of hijacking - pledged allegiance to military regimes - it is for the world to see if courts in Pakistan are kangaroo courts or not.

I doubt Jadhav will come home alive. In all likelihood Pakistan will hang him. But India's only endeavor is to expose that the State of Pakistan has no semblance of law - UN declared terrorists roam freely while Indian citizens can be hanged without a proper trial. You may assuage your domestic audience by hanging him, but India is going to milk this to the maximum in its favor in front of the world community.

Man..what pressure? For God sake, we apprehended the master-mind of terrorists and the highest ranking military officer spy in our country, who has confessed his sins... all we need is to behead him publicly to send a clear message to the world that it is fate of any spy or terrorist master mind who enters our borders.

When was the last time pakistan publically beheaded someone ?
