IIRC they don't notify about cruise missile tests but they do for ballistic missile tests. Or I'm confusing that with the treaty with India where we warn each other of BM tests only.

It's never too late to restart. Pakistan should increase its nuclear warheads to at least 300 and deploy at least 75 of them. I mean fully functional deployed nukes just like USA or Russia has. But off course way less then them in numbers. 75 will do it. Plus develop ICBM. So if one day some super power decides to mess with us they should have the fear that we can reach them also. Because that super power will eventually come for us. Nukes or no nukes, they would come.

Actually, launched from Nok Kundi it can reach all of Israel + part of Egypt:

Range is distance from launch site to target, not how far the missile itself moves in an arc. It could be possible that 2750km isn't its range on minimum payload or it was tested on a lofted trajectory too, because Pakistan unlike India does not brag about its military capability (see: February 27th). There were also statements about how it can reach Indian Islands, which would require a range of 3000km (unless Pakistan secures Kutch, while in the event of a nuclear exchange India would likely have captured Eastern Sindh and advanced into the 'green belt').
