I think Pakistan should be a bit more patient. Wait for a year or two more, let the overall security situation in the country improve.

Just think about the implications if there is another attack on a visiting team, or even an attempt.

Pakistan's security situation won't be stable until the US and NATO withdrawl from Afghanistan occurs at the end of 2014 and then plus another winding down phase of several years.

Pakistan should be OK to host small tournaments starting in 2016 and major ones by 2019.
