That won't be the right interpretation. Khwaja Muhamad Asif is a fairly intelligent guy and Nawaz is not a moron. They're playing according to what their strengths are and have prioritized dialog. Let's see what they have to bring to the discussions and play strategically from our side. To declare 'victory' on these things is crude nationalism. This is statecraft and Nawaz is no stuffed toy. One point that India needs to make sure is that the only people we talk to are the elected government.
