I want someone like Erdogan, a system like Turkey where it keeps it culture and traditional norms but is an advanced and progressive country, where there's no opposition to how other people are (liberal or conservative) and let be.

Where people who are in jeans and shirts or modern western wear aren't classified as 'less Islamic' to the ones who are covered and more practising - where they both stand side by side under one nation and even pray together.

That is what we want. Not some JI league who thrashes Pashtun students at a University for celebrating their cultural festival, not some secular who wants deattachment of Faith and sees people who are practicing as 'backwards'. I want moderation, liberation and conservatives combined.

when you have left the job of interpreting Quran for the so called scholars and chose to devote your life to medicine, engineering, politics, sports, show biz, business etc whose fault you think it is? show me one ayat in Quran which says that it is the job of the scholars only to read, analyze and interpret Quran ?according to a hadith the worst people during the end times will be the scholars of islam . it doesnt include all scholars . but it also signifies that when near the end times scholars will go astray it will be the job of every muslim to know islam otherwise they will have to suffer a lot in both worlds.

why do you listen to such people? and if you dont have sufficient knowledge again its your own fault. and yes if a person who has dedicated his life with "khaloos" for the knowledge of islam he will be able to interpret in a much better way then a common muslim. there is a way to study Quran and hadith. you can not just take out a single ayat or hadith and quote it. you need to have the knowledge of all the ayats and hadiths about a particular issue before you interpret anything. having said that it is the responsibility of every muslim to have a basic knowledge of quran and hadith according to his own circumstances.

our enemies have successfully made us to hate the things which were the basics of islamic society.e.g sharia , jihad, veil etc. off course our extremist muslims have done a good job in this regard and so are the liberal muslims. we need MUSLIMS today.

We are hell bent on waiting for a leader. We are no flipping Neanderthals that we need a fellow human to lead ourselves.

Just select a random person and make the system and laws implemented without any bias. Islam negates hero worship. How hard is that for Muslims to understand.

No wonder many of the intellectuals have even gone thus far saying our DNA is not of a leader. Time to prove them wrong and show a strong connection to Pakistan.

I have said a few times before. Pakistan is an unnatural country not to be explained by politics and that's why I don't follow politics.
