And this despite the fact that neither India or Pakistan signed the NPT.

Both India and Pakistan's sanctions were removed at a later stage. It is not upto 'you' to decide whether there is a problem in Iran having nuclear weapons. Its a question of International Treaties.

Iran signed the NPT and took the benefits that the Great Powers were offering to every country in exchange of signing the NPT. You cannot back out of international treaties unilaterally. Comprehending this part - that Iran is a signatory to the NPT seems to be difficult for you since you consistently ignore this.

Minimal sanctions all removed while sanctions on Pakistan continued despite the fact we had been great allies. When we were not needed the Presler amendment came through. Only Canada really raised a ruckus because you used their nuclear program to develop weapons.

You are wrong. I don't know which Pakistan you are talking about because our family is Sunni and they all see Iran as brotherly country. I have lot of Shia cousins too but it doesn't make any difference for any of us when it comes to Iran and Saudi Arabia. Furthermore the polls in recent past had proved that Iran had most friendly views in Pakistan. I dunno about today because of recent news of Iran inviting Pakistan's enemies close to Pakistan's border for development, and internet Iranians unnecessary bashing and Iranian leaders statements against Pakistan.

I hate when news agencies try to give any incident sectarian color. I've read several times in newspapers "given Pakistan's treatment of Shias" or "sectarian tensions in Pakistan" which is baseless B.S piece of $h1t. The common Sunnis have always stood with Shias. There was even one incident where Sunnis stood in front of terrorists defending Shia brothers and instead got killed themselves by terrorists. I think this stupid label of Sunni/Shia must be eliminated and instead Muslim label should be given.

My paternal family is entirely sunni...My maternal family believes in shiaism..

All this wouldnt be a problem if people wouldnt make a fuzz about religion and just keep it in their private lives, why would i care if you are sunni, shia, christian or spaghetti monster worshipper?

.I was born in 90... had never heard of secterian shit or terrorism till 2004.. when our "islamic brothers" emerged out of their hybernation.. man i was i could go back in the 90s..
