Yes pravah its fun when travelling alone but when you are with lil kids then you wish to reach to your destination as quickly as possible because they tease you a lot during journey

Single person should not travel in PIA which is family airline where you get so much noise, screaming of lil kids and old aunty chaatting in loud voices hahah

Take the kids to the theme parks bro! It's all good.

PIA fares are still cheaper than the gulf ones, there are thousands of people employed by PIA, who will take care of their families if PIA is shut down, PIA's bad performance and mismanagement cant be the fault of junior poor employees, those talking of shutting it down have no idea about the misery poor employees will face, life is already very tough for them.

PIA's long term soluion is simple

• 30 Group Consulting group managers who develop a plan to reverse the course of Airline
• Government returns back to policy of Protecting Pakistani Airspace for PIA for international flights, the policy was changed when PIA had shortage of planes

At one time Government failed to approve request for new plane purchase and that started a chain reaction of PIA having shortages . To copensate Government later opened Pakistan's air space for other companies to enter and pick up travellers.
Even after PIA ordered new planes , this policy was never reversed

All international carriers should be given certain % of allowed qouta to fly into country
1% for international carriers and 99% for PIA

The issue with respect to the Money that is managable , with correct Management

The Astronomical figures of Losses by PIA are actually quite shocking becasue PIA planes are always full. Only money Laundering is the one way , the company profits have been stolen is my own personal view

a) Planes are always running full
b) Booking flight is difficult with out a Travel Agent
c) Always you see flights are pre booked


So all flights are running 80-99% capacity

The expenses shown by PIA should be audited i.e actually somone sits down to calculate fuel cost purchased and the prices they show in their Balance sheet

• Issuance of Free Tickets for Politicians should be cancelled they need to purchase a ticket , similarly no politician's family or relavtive should be given free ticket

It is unimaginable why a airline would be unprofitable

• Freight (Carrying Delivery Packages )
• Business Tickets / Incentives for Business

Expenses (Manigable items)

• Fuel Cost can be reduced with special agreements with firms for discount (Government failiure or Management failiure)

My twin and they teased us a lot during flight
We can debate about poor services of PIA but there is no doubt that our people were very co-operative and assisted us when needed help. Some gave us favour and told us to break the long queue because lil ones were teasing and rushing left and right . Custom staffs and army guys did not asked me to open any suit cases when saw me with family and kids and i had 5 suit cases and it would be hard to manage trolley and luggage along with lil kids . Lost faith in PIA but not in Pakistani public who were so helpful during journey

Protection of PIA and Steel Mills is due , any logical person would say when CPEC is suppose to create chance to make buildings and sky scrappers , you need steel for it

Oh I remember the glory years of the 80's.....
It's just a huge ball and chain on the Pakistani taxpayer now. I haven't flown it in years. It's emirates, Singapore or Air NZ for me. I just value space and good service over anything.
