Pakistan-Interior Ministry report shows Kashmir as Indian state!

India did not trespass into Pakistan's territory; you both trespassed into the territory and land of the Kashmiri people. You cannot support the right to democratic self-determination while claiming Kashmir is Pakistan's territory.

You are wrong.

The Constitution of Azad Kashmir 1974 yields that “the future status of the State of Jammu and Kashmir is yet to be determined in accordance with the freely expressed will of the people of the State through the democratic method of free and fair plebiscite under the auspices of the United Nations as envisaged in the UNCIP Resolutions adopted from time to time”.

Yet, in practise, it has no meaning - all candidates for the Kashmir Assembly must swear allegiance to Pakistan's claims on Kashmir.

This is the common acceptable standard in all of Indian publishing houses. No difference there - @mjnaushad is correct.
