ISLAMABAD (AP) — provincial government official says authorities have released the recently detained wife and children of a rebel leader accused of targeting security forces in the country’s southwest.

Sarfaraz Bugti, home minister for Baluchistan province, says the family of Dr. Allah Nizar, who heads the Baluchistan Liberation Front separatist group, was arrested while trying to illegally cross into Afghanistan. He said the family was treated respectfully.Mama Qadeer, a human rights activist, said Saturday that Nizar’s family was detained in Quetta city.

Although separatists in Baluchistan often blame the government for making illegal detentions, it is the first time authorities have acknowledged releasing the family of a separatist leader who has waged a low-level insurgency to pressure the government for a greater share of the region’s natural resources or outright independence.

You may be correct, there are indications that he is hiding in Afghanistan and operating from neighboring country's consulate and that is why his wife tries to cross illegally into Afghanistan to join him.

it might be correct but we must not tighten them for just being a family of a terrorist. We need to grab her to get the info to take out his husband.

She was released even she break the law by trying to cross border illegally further she actively involve to spread propaganda but our forces still treats her with respect.
Just think if she was Kashmiri and did the same thing and Indian forces caught her, she probably raped and killed along with her children.

The Pakistan State has gained more respect from me by this move. Non-militants should not be involved in a war. The army and intelligence agencies despite their anger and sadness for the loses of their friends and their loved ones, maintained and showed a highly discipline and righteous behavior.
I hope we have taken valuable intel from the released families and perhaps shown them the truth of their men.
I hope that by 2020, we eliminate the traces separatist movements completely. The prompt development of Balochistan shall be the last nail in the coffin for these traitors.

The Balochistan government has released women and children related to leaders of the banned Baloch Liberation Front (BLF) and Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) from the custody of the Frontier Corps, Balochistan Home Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti said on Friday.

Three women and four children ─ family members of BLF's chief Allah Nazar Baloch and commander of BLA Aslam Achouwere arrested from the Pak-Afghan border at Chaman, Bugti said while addressing a press conference in Quetta.

"We are not ones to target women and children," Bugti said. "We released them in accordance with our tribal customs."

Earlier, Zehri had met with the women and presented them with Balochi shawls.

BLF's chief Allah Nazar was rumoured to have been killed in 2015. However, the banned outfit had denied the claims by releasing a video of him. Last year, Zehri had announced head money for 99 militants, including Allah Nazar since his death had not been confirmed.

In March 2016, the Balochistan government "confirmed" that BLA commander Aslam Achou, along with seven other militants, had been killed in a gunbattle with security forces in Sibi.

Very worthy of respect and admiration.

Indications? Like what? Your left thumb felt itchy?

She was released even she break the law by trying to cross border illegally further she actively involve to spread propaganda but our forces still treats her with respect.
Just think if she was Kashmiri and did the same thing and Indian forces caught her, she probably raped and killed along with her children.

This kind of filthy speculation shows a sick mind.

There are reports can't share here and we know who is sheltering them there.

With due respect Sir, your P.M openly accepted that they are helping terrorist in Pakistan especially Baloch.

With due respect to you, Sir, you must accept that man, in case you are referring to Mr. Modi, in whole or not at all. You cannot pick on what you like and reject what you don't like.

Modi also accepted that a surgical strike had been carried out by the Indian Army on the Pakistan Army. I trust that you will accord that statement the same reverent acceptance as you did the other?

No Sir hard ground realities.

Oh, I see. So you know of an instance where a Kashmir terrorist is untraceable, and his wife and family are captured, raped and killed? Please let us know who these were.
