Given enough resources (which are billions of $$) and enough time (8 to 10 years), Pakistani scientists/engineers/industrial complex do have the capacity to produce an ICBM.

What's Pakistan going to do with an ICBM?

We don't have one.

What would be the potential targets? I can think of only one: Israel.

We don't need any ICBM for a punny state like Israel. Any decent IRBM with 3000km range is enough. Moreover, we have access to Middle-Eastern states. If Israel ever launches an attack on Pakistan (never gonna happen. Israel and Pakistan go no beef), Pakistan military can reach mainland Israel within hours through its Brigades deployed in Jordan/Saudi Arabia (and through its brotherly relations with Arab states).

Our jets armed with stand-off weapons like Ra'ad, Air-to-ground hypersonic missiles like CM-400AKG, and BVR missiles like AIM-120C/SD-10B are more than enough to bloody Israel's nose if it comes to it.

Israel, militarily, is no comparison for Pakistan (even though its much more advance...).Pakistan's main concern is india due to its sheer size and capacity.

But then Pakistan should be prepared for a riposte by Israel which would have terrible consequences for Pakistan.

If Israel attacks Pakistan, Pakistan will respond.

If Israel then choose to enter a shooting war, it will lose.

If it decides to harm Pakistan's survival interests by say launching an attack on nuclear sites etc, then Israel can say goodbye to its existence as a coherent state.

70% of Israel's population and 80% its industry exists in a region that is the size of "greater karachi" ...Do you really believe Israel can survive a military conflict against nation-states with "actual" military forces like Pakistan, India, Turkey, France and so on? lol..

But then again, I do not know why indians bring israel everywhere. Pakistan and Israel have NO beef. Why would we have a missile for israel to begin with?

Therefore, instead of wasting billions of PKR on a useless ICBM program, it would be far better for Pakistan to spend that money on education, sanitation, healthcare, energy, infrastructure development, poverty alleviation and so on.

Correct me if wrong, Pakistan is looking keen towards ICBMs of 10,000 Kms or more in good numbers may be in 200+ of them and also looking sharp towards Short and Intermediate range which is from 100-2500 Kms.

Mi28 is that we don't have much ep in it compared to western choppers but we will gain that experience when mi 35 comes by that's some time on the other hand we already have cobra trained technicians which will be able to adapt to the viper easily.
