Again, if you remember I too opposed you back in 2015. But you're right. Gulf has always been our sphere of influence. And we cannot remain oblivious to its development. Anything happens to that will affect us terribly. Right now we should play our cards and try to recover the lost ground during PPP era.
From your rear? Show me authentic source claiming that.
And say even if we did, we have always maintained that Saudis territorial integrity will be protected at any cost. Period !
Hi,
The truth is that the terrorists have succeeded in dividing pakistan and GCC---. There has been a rift created---that is not going to disappear for a longtime.
And how have they succeeded---they spread out rumors---that if pak military went in GCC / Yemen---the terrs will head towards pakistan---. Thias was to put fear in the hearts of pakistanis---.
But the truth was---the fear was in their hearts---because they knew what the pak military was capable of---secondly---they were afraid of the high tech weapons coming into the resource of Pak military---they were also afraid of more weapons and more troops of the pak military---.
So---basically they found a platform to sabotage the growth---strength and power of pak military---thru news anchors---defense specialists---retd generals---politicians.
There was not a single person that stood up strong and could have the courage to speak up for this alliance with tactical and military reasoning behind it---.
The terrorists succeeded---Iran succeeded---India succeeded---and we failed---because our generals failed us---.
To take the shia element in pakistan into confidence---the military would started a pro-active campaign against anti shia element---and like Ishaque and co from Muszafargarh---they would be wiped out---nicely and quietly without making any claim in a real systematic manner---at such a scale---that our brethren shia community in pakistan be surprised at what was happening.
It just breaks my heart to see the level of incompetence and ignorance---.
As one of our wonderful new colleagues on this board had written a short time ago---" what is our national product---our national product is manpower and military resource---that soldiers "---that is what we have and that is what we export---.
We send them to UN missions in thousands to protect the weak nations and bring them stability---and those soldiers had made our nation p[roud---someone go ask the women girls and children of those nation---how they glorify the name of pakistan---.
The Yemen mission would have been to bring peace utility compromise stability to the region---in a systematic and decisive manner by keeping focus on both the parties---.
Right now---there is no match maker in between---. Pakistan military would have been the best match maker for both the sides---.
After that failure---now we have the failure coming up at Gwadar / CPEC---. Because of a loser's mentality---we never comprehended the true reaction of the neighbors and the U S---.
Please tell me realistically---if I called many a pakistanis not having the vision or capabilities ( I am trying to use pleasant terms ) to understand and analyze the coming changing events at all---if I took it further and stated that they do not have the ability to comprehend it even---I would not be off the target---.
It just simply tears me to pieces---it really breaks my heart to see the failure.
