One question: Is it illegal or immoral to avail Chinese help? No.
It's not immoral to avail Chinese help
Immoral and hypocritical is proliferating weapons to North Korea/Libya and then asking for an NSG exemption
Helping others is not immoral or hypocritical at all. I encourage Pakistan to help its other neighbours to avail nuclear technology.
Sure, do encourage others. But the international community doesn't look upon that 'helping' favorably.
And when you ask the same community to grant you an exemption in nuclear trade, then yes it's totally hypocritical
Pakistan demands US nuclear deal| BBC
Well, US didn't honor any nuclear deal and who Pakistan turned into? CHINA! - help in Charishma nuclear reactors, as well as another 1 GeW reactor deal signed! China, who is a prominent member of the international community, has a good heart and helps its neighbours when its business interests coincide, unlike the United States of Zionism.
These are the members of the NSG
Pretty much everyone (including United States of Zionism). We're gonna get in soon
Unless you get access to global uranium, more reactors are useless. China is just doing good business
The first thing that was to be undertaken was the search for Uranium. This continued for about 3 years from 1960 to 1963. Uranium deposits were discovered in the Dera Ghazi Khan district and the first-ever national award was given to the PAEC.
......
The PAEC in 1970 began work on a pilot-scale plant at Dera Ghazi Khan for the concentration of uranium ores. The plant had a capacity of 10,000 pounds a day

Hmm... your map must be very misleading. Pakistan has 1,000 uranium reserves: report
End of discussion.
Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission has claimed to have discovered around 1,000 uranium favourable sites, which could provide the required fuel for its proposed nuclear power plants.
