India also initially denied that any fighter was downed or any pilot was captured.

India also claimed it killed 300 people and destroyed camps blah blah blah. Analysts from all over the world showed satellite images disproving Indian claims.

Pakistan Foreign Minister gives a stern message to Indian PM Modi

MULTAN: Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi Saturday said that Pakistan would respond in a befitting manner if the enemy casts an evil eye on Pakistan.

“I categorically tell (Prime Minister Narendra) Modi to think twice before any aggression, as it was the Naya (New) Pakistan and the enthusiasm of people is very high and the country is more safe and secure than in the past,” Qureshi said at a ceremony held under the auspices of All Pakistan Clerks Association (APCA) at Multan Arts Council.


The minister said: “It is my responsibility to sensitise people that conspiracies are being hatched against the homeland.

The whole world acknowledges that there is brave leadership in Pakistan now.” Qureshi said: “Nations have to pay the price when they move forward with dignity and courage. Conspiracies are being hatched to put Pakistan in the grey list. The enemies would try to weaken our economy.”


However, he added that Pak forces were alert to foil aggressive moves of the enemy. The Minister appreciated the unity among people to respond to foreign aggression in an amicable way.

He said that he, along with Prime Minister Imran Khan, visited Chachro in Sindh, located near Indian border, to gave a clear message to the enemy that Pakistan was ready for both options, whether its peace or war.

Qureshi said that March 23 would be observed with national zeal and zest.

He said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government would not disappoint masses.

On this occasion, APCA President Banaras Khan Jadoon, General Secretary Khalid Javeed and hundreds of clerks from different departments were also present.

Just to set the record straight, he's the same person who gifted us the kerry lugar bill, which was co-drafted in his presence by Hussain Haqani & RAW.

Nice ploy but it doesn't really work. This Kargil trick is back at work on your side but it won't cut muster yet again.

The basic reality is that we realize that any losses we incur are to sustain our national policy (and this time around, the losses were not on our side). In pursuit of this policy, we will do what we must. If we have to make sacrifices and those too covertly then we will. This childish talk of "owning or disowning" is just that. In statecraft, we will use our military and resources as required. We will conduct covert operations and even then national security will remain paramount. To this day, not a single person or relative, linked to officers and men who have made the ultimate sacrifice looks upon their relatives as less than heroes and there is no ill-will towards the GoP either. In our system of belief, a martyr is honored where he falls. I also don't want to state this callously because I personally have relatives who operated in this capacity.

Also using your logic, you already have disowned the two Su-30 MKI pilots lost over IoK and also attributed a false narrative to how the Mi-17 was lost. Why come preach to us when your side itself is not disclosing the facts to your nation?

First line up your MKIs. The onus is on your side to prove. What photographic evidence do you have to prove an F-16 was destroyed? Nothing so far.

By the way since you are very fond of bringing this up quite often, I am quite proud of the madrassa education, your sarcasm notwithstanding. It gives many children a very sound moral education which is lacking in a lot of other places. When you become a first world country then maybe you can look down upon others, but I can guarantee it that today, in India many kids are either left out entirely or go to much more shoddy educational institutions than many of the madrassas on our side.
