Seems to be standard 600 Gallon Drop tank, makes it as nimble as B-747 perhaps tad bit better.

If PAF can acquire a boom configured refueler, can it then refuel its F-16, will US allow it, also I have seen some F-16s with a probe protruding out of the CFTs, is that modification possible for PAF??

Yes they can...don't need us permission for refueling
