batteries are the only problem i think.Dealer are claiming 5 KVA system with 3000 watt solar panels. that is not possible. By simple calculation it may be 1 KVA for 24/7 solution.
Solar panels are not expensive but complete solution is too expensive.
Basic problem is batteries that you have to replace after some time and required rigid electronic devices to convert DC to AC etc as this system will remain on 24/7. These rigid deceives also expensive.

well no company manufacttures every single part for anything they make... not just for solar panels but everything.They dont really manufacture every part...so in end you DO have to purchase from overseas....
IF they did manufacture EVERYTHING (and quality is same or close to overseas) than MANY of us have no problem in buying local ones and have no problem with the taxes!
taxes should be on products that come completely assembled outside..not the parts
