Elections were supposed to be held in May after 2 provincial assemblies were dissolved but that did not happen. And now after a caretaker, the ECP has been ordered to delay elections.

Its a bad precedent. Democracy is effectively dead in Pakistan. The discussion should be how deep is Martial law in Pakistan.

But it was done by all main stream political parties so they can't pin it on martial law

PPPP PMLN MQM JUI were all in it

They could have said no but they went along it

PDM is smart. They will be okay with take care govt for next 2 yrs untill imran Khan is dead and shah mehmood take overs..whose concept is lets tolerate each other corruption

Sindhis and balochis didn't even bother giving him some marginal seats in their assemblies . Afaik a good chunk of Punjabi leadership is still sticking with PTI while the pakhtoon loyalists just abandoned him in droves .
