Ok so we have discussed what it requires to bring the economy to the USA/Europe style developed state.

So what can we expect the economy and the country in general to look like in 2035?

Bearing in mind our gas and shale oil reserves, China trade corridor and other potentials.

Unless u solve taliban problem nothing,if u solve that problem investors will come.
Also educating huge numbers of young people is challenge in both our countries to best utilize our manpower potential.

It all depends on the governments that are elected in this period, and the percentage of people who actually pay their votes.

Good question, very important to ask. Alot of people are busy and didn't think of ahead thirty years from today. My dream must have Pakistan Empires and many tall skyscrapers (big cities, free educations, etc). Filfthy coward illiterate keep our country down repeatly many years.

There should be consensus amongst the successive govts that economy must be kept running.

These strikes, protests, processions and extortion is not the way.

Pakistan needs a serious overhaul.

Pakistan in 2035 will probably have a completely different map. I doubt Sindh and balochistan would be a part of pakistan.

I honestly don't see any easy solution to Pakistan's problems. If things have to get better, you need a gutsy leader to take bold decisions. And things will get much worse before it gets better.

We should have a 25 year development plan to have Pakistan in the G-20 countries by 2030. Pakistan needs a surgery, its now or never.

Whats with the doom and gloom? There are countries that have been far worse off than us and still made rapid progress.

We can make similar progress, all it takes is an organised population.

We are seeing the beginnings of this by evolution of our society through democracy and shared ownership.
